All Cargo Wagons are equipped with units for tracking the position and movement of the wagon. From your Internet browser, you can find out the exact current location of each rented wagon, you can track the movement and mileage of the wagon. The system can warn customers about dangerous handling of the wagon, as well as the entry of the wagon into a defined area, such as e.g. sidings, maintenance workshops or landfills. Since the system is linked to the Cargo Wagon maintenance database, it allows customers to view current technical data on each wagon the customer has on lease. Pavel has been leading Cargo Wagon since VTG joined the company and took over the fleet of wagons from ZSSK CARGO in 2015. He is mainly involved in the creation and implementation of the business strategy and operational management of the company. He is also a member of the Cargo Wagon company's board of directors. A graduate of the Faculty of International Business at the University of Economics in Prague, he worked in managerial positions in railway transport and financial services before joining Cargo Wagon.

At Cargo Wagon, Amit oversees the fulfillment of the company's obligations to banks, shareholders and other business partners. As a member of the board, he participates in the creation of the company's business plan and strategy. He is also responsible for managing human resources and all support services at Cargo Wagon. Amit is a qualified Chartered Accountant (FCCA), a member of the Association of Chartered Accountants (AMCT), and completed his MBA in England. Before joining Cargo Wagon in 2016, he worked in senior positions in the steel industry and railway transport in Central Europe.

Patricie has been a member of the Cargo Wagon team since 2016, where he contributes his many years of business experience in the railway wagon environment and a varied portfolio of acquired contacts. In his position, he primarily covers the rental of railway wagons and communication with customers. Thanks to her knowledge of Polish and English, she is a significant asset in creating new business partnerships and maintaining current ones.

Marek gradually worked in several positions in the Cargo Wagon team, he became the head of the technical team in March 2022. Thanks to his previous work experience, he knows very well the procedures for maintaining railway freight wagons. His priorities are high efficiency and quality of maintenance, expertise and professionalism of the team of technicians and digitization of the company's operational processes. Marek represents Cargo Wagon as a member of the SPV executive committee.

Just as the operation of wagons requires high-quality management, communication and cooperation, every team of people also needs its own back office background that it can rely on. Jana has been working at Cargo Wagon since 2020, where, in addition to the normal running of the offices, she ensures a pleasant working environment and employee education, contact with external suppliers and partners, recruitment of new employees and support of socially responsible activities. Jana believes that the human factor is one of the basic pillars of the company at Cargo Wagon.
